Making A Tasty Super Chocolate Chip Cake
Hey, everyone! Now, this may not have to do anything with the computer, but oh well! If you’re allergic to eggs, you’ll REALLY love this cake! Ever noticed how most cakes have eggs in them? Well this cake doesn’t! This cake has no eggs, but has delicious chocolate chips in it! (I got most of this recipe from a Betty Crocker Cook Book
) Here are the ingredients:
1 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour
Either 1 cup of packed brown sugar or granulated suger
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
When you are done, heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt with a fork in an ungreased square pan-8×8x2 inches. Then mix in the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the chocolate chips. Then you sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter.
Bake until the wooden pick in the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Once the cake is done baking and cooling, cover it with chocolate frosting.
Of course you’d want to add some finishing touches! To add some taste, sprinkle chocolate chips all over your cake, or lay them out in a design. You may add white icing along the edges of the top of your cake. Add some other tasty chocolate treats to your delightful and delicious cake! Enjoy!
